Tips to overcome some girls problems

Today I will discuss about the major problems faced by us-the girls.

Basically, this is based on my experienced. Every girl has those little problems in life, whether they occur at school, at home or with friends. 

Problems with friends

First and foremost, girls' major problem is having a conflict with their friends. Sometimes, we feel like it may seem easier to walk away from a friendship than address a serious conflict. But, working through such problems and making amends is vital to maintaining worthwhile friendships.

People need friends to thrive. Friendships provide a sense of connectedness. Friends help you to look at yourself in ways you might never have before. They shed light on your good and bad qualities and boost self-esteem. Friends help ease stress and hardship through laughter and fun times. They can help you get ahead. Friendships are enriching and worth the time and trouble. 

The question is, how do we deal with this problem?

It's all about communication. Yes communication is important skills for resolving conflicts. When resolving conflict, keep these additional communication tips in mind:
  • Remain calm. Recognize when you are becoming defensive or too emotional.
  • Do not blame or accuse each other.
  • Focus on the issue at hand, not the way you are feeling toward each other.
  • Explore underlying issues.
  • Accept that each other’s perspective is different, but not wrong.
  • Be willing to apologize and forgive.

Feeling insecure with others

This usually happen when scrolling down the instagram. I feel down. Why? Because my mind said "why do they all look so pretty omg I can die, but me? Hmmm" Haha!

No. We shouldn't be like that. By thinking like that, it will only reduce our self-confidence in ourself. Remember, everyone has their own beauty. So don't worry babe!

In the nutshell, I will share to you some tips on how to feel beautiful. But don't tell anyone because this is our secret! Haha!

  • When you look in the mirror, smile and stand up straighter.
  • When you look in the mirror, sometimes you may think you don't look good. Focus on the most beautiful part of your face.
  • Just because the opposite sex doesn't seem to pay attention to you, doesn't mean that you are not beautiful. Remember this!
  • Wear well-fitting, well-made clothes. Clothes that are too small or big and that you have to tug at don't make anyone feel good!
  • Don't be afraid to look in the mirror for as long as you want and smile at yourself and feel good for who you are!
  • Face the crowd, stand out, make noise, speak in public speakings, all eyes will be on you. You'll never know what they're thinking; one just might be whispering to their neighbor and saying "What a beautiful, bold individual."
  • Surround yourself with people who make you feel good.
  • Never compare yourself to others.
  • Remind yourself every day that you are important.
  • Think you are at the top and don't think others are better than you and don't go down.
  • Be encouraging and helpful.
  • Think of yourself as the winner at a beauty pageant.

Problems with boyfriend

Err haha! Just go on how do we solve the problem with a boyfriend?
  • Never give up on someone you can't go a day without thinking about.
  • Don't give up on something that's worth fighting for.
  • Understanding takes patience.
  • Don't keep on and keep on at it, if its not getting anywhere, don't be the one to always fix the situations, let him do it sometimes too.
  • Just put your ego down. Apology if you are the one who wrong.
  • Do not accuse of reckless. Investigate from A to Z!

Feeling fat

“I feel fat.”  Three words.  Three words that carry a lot of ‘weight’. ‘Heavy’ words that you hear, say, or think every day, or every 15 minutes in some cases. You may go to bed at night feeling totally awesome and wake up the next day feeling fat. You don’t feel happy, sad, angry, anxious or lonely – no, you feel fat. Some of us feel that way, though we are not. Set our mindset that we are all slim haha! Be positive you guys.

So here some tips how to get slim with some exercises! 
  • Walk and run up the stairs. Stairs are a great way to lose weight. It burns calories, will reduce fat all over, and helps the leg muscles. Warm up by walking up and down one flight. Then sprint up as quickly as you can, and jog down. Repeat this until you have gone up and down ten times. Do about three sets of ten. Be safe by using the hand rail and watching for other people.
  • Jump rope. Jump-roping is a wonderful way to burn weight. Time yourself as you jump for one minute as fast as you can. Rest and then repeat until you have jumped for five minutes.
  • Do squat exercises. Squats are an amazing way to lose weight and build leg muscle. From a standing position, simply lower yourself so that your thighs are parallel to the floor while keeping your back straight, looking straight ahead. Then straighten your legs and stand up. Repeat.
  • Walk. It is that simple. Whenever you walk, take longer steps and swing your arms. This engages your leg muscles more and burns more calories. Walking is also as effective as running; take a light stroll first and then speed up.
